I've tried several other holders for my Samsung Galaxy s20+ with Otterbox protection and not many of them open wide enough or securely hold the phone's weight. This holder does both, and I love how easy it is to mount the phone with one hand. A button on the back snaps the armrests into place, keeping your phone securely in place. To release, press the tabs on the side and the phone is free. Button controls are reasonably accessible, and there's plenty of room at the bottom of the stand for a charging cable. I use an adhesive mount for the phone. Air vent (I found it wasn't that stable with the weight of the phone). The adhesive mount works great in my 2002 GMC Yukon.
