After reading the reviews, I decided to order two of the 120 Spool Thread Racks. Upon receipt, I thought, not too bad, especially for the price. From some of the comments, I had expected junk! I had purchased thread from an on-line store and found that their spools fit perfectly! Yeah! Then I started to fill the second one with spools from a major name-brand manufacturer. Oh, no, I'm having the same problem others are having--the spool dowls are too close together! Even overlapping the bottom lip won't work! So now I have to use every other dowl which now makes this a 60 Spool Thread Rack! Not so fast, I decided to put one spool upright and the next one upside down and continue staggering them that way and once again this is a 120 Spool Thread Rack! I also added some metal hanging hardware to the backs and have hung them on the wall for better access. All in all, I'm pretty happy with my purchase!
