Cute design, poor quality control and workmanship
Bought this set for my daughter. That's great. I had to fix the zipper on my backpack twice. The dinner service does not maintain a very cold temperature for very long. My daughter is a very gentle person. So no, the zipper didn't break from the rough body. I'm sad it didn't last long. It's October and we bought it for the start of the school year in August. On another note. A normal-sized water bottle does not fit in the outer pockets. So the pockets are useless for her water bottle
