I read hundreds of reviews and didn't want to get a pillow that would fall apart easily. I lived by the reviews of this pillow and it seemed good quality and it is! There is no smell from the packaging. Takes shape quickly, not flat, not huge and not fluffy. My husband says it's more than he expected, although that's exactly what I was hoping for! I've had it for a month and have been sleeping much better since I've had it! The cover is so soft and washable and the pillow won't fall apart when washed! 5 stars from me! UPDATE: THE FIRST TIME I FULLY REMOVED THE COVER FOR WASHING, IT WAS CUT OPEN AT THE SEAMS AND THE COTTON FALLED OUT. AND THE NEW LOOKS GOOD.
