Terrible! Defective and used!

This tool was so hard to set up. I literally had to bend it against the counter to adjust it. which makes it very annoying. When I finally adjusted it, it didn't cut the top of my cake. However, he cut the middle of the cake. So that means it's not sharp enough. Seems to be needed too. The hilt was coated with a white powdery substance, possibly sugar or flour. There were scratches on the plastic part.
