I received these brushes and the #15 head came off immediately with no effort. I checked others and most of them are loose so the metal stuck a bit but the glue doesn't do anything. There was glue on the #13 bristles that must have oozed from inside the head. There were tiny white substances on the sides of the brushes, I'm just assuming the ink was drying and peeling off the numbers printed on the brushes. The case that contains them is pretty good, but some brushes are tightly packed in there, like the fan brush. All in all, applying some new glue to attach the heads would have saved this product as the brushes are of pretty good quality.
