It's sturdy, looks clean and I got it to work but it wasn't as smooth as it could be. I used it with the new Optoma UHD60. The screws that came with it didn't fit my Optoma. I needed M6 10mm. I had some in my screw basket in the garage so no big deal. Also, I had to drill out the mounting feet to fit the larger screws. This makes sense as no screws of this size were included. The rest of the assembly went relatively well. The instructions say to use a 3/8" bit for retarding screws, which is incorrect. This size is too big. Good thing I checked the drill against the bolt. make final adjustments. I found that the center of the hub was loose. The wobble makes it almost impossible to fine-tune your aim. You have to readjust and pray that the backswing is right. I was lucky and now everything is fine. .I'm moving in a few months and will be leaving this mount. I will buy a better mount for my next home. Not worth the trouble. should not.
