The scent is very subtle but feels like an elite. I've been using it for over a month and it hasn't caused any problems. Very gentle and effective. I spray it on my face several times a day and also on spa days when I'm wearing a face mask so the mask doesn't dry out too quickly. The skin becomes softer and less irritated. The only reason I'm not giving five stars is because of the atomizer. It tends to spatter and does not "fog". I had to buy a spray bottle.
