Large Digital Thermometer

Fast. I can't believe how quickly it registers the temperature. I like that it folds up and doesn't take up much space. It is magnetic, which is very convenient when grilling. The numbers are very legible. I checked the light but there was no reason for me to use it. I use this often with chicken. It is convenient to hold and pierce the flesh. Easy to clean. Highly recommended.
