I bought this for my 2020 Acura RDX factory installed system with wired carplay. I was a little excited. After I connected this product to the car with the included data cable, the red light on the product came on and the car immediately recognized something and asked me to turn it on for Carplay. Until then everything is fine. After that, this device should connect to my iPhone, right? but how ? Must have Bluetooth or WiFi. Absolutely nothing. After spending almost 30 minutes trying to find a bluetooth/wifi signal, I contacted the seller, he just repeated everything in the instructions again. It is also recommended to connect the product to the iPhone with a USB-A to Lightning data cable. I tried again on the recommendation of the seller. I have factory reset my infotainment system. Then I connected the device back to the machine. He just repeated the same thing "the red light on the product comes on and the machine immediately recognizes something and asks me to turn it on for Carplay". And then got stuck there again as there is no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The data cable didn't work either. Another 45 minutes wasted. I would just return it. image only.
