Review on NJOLG Electric Hardwired Temperature Control Bath by Danny Kimble

Item arrived well packaged. I ordered the hardwired version of this towel warmer and the finish was beautiful. However, I couldn't install it because there was no manual with it. I contacted the seller for a manual and was told there was an electronic version that would be emailed to me which I never received. I asked my electrician to install it but he told me that the cords that came with the towel warmer were too short (about 2 inches coming out of the pole) and that there was no box/plate for it or a transformer Wires could catch fire without a box in the wall. So I didn't want to risk it being hardwired to my wall so I went back and had it plugged in instead.
