Inexpensive but flexible charger

I needed a charger that supports 18650 Li-ion batteries but didn't want to waste my arms and legs because I already have a lot of chargers for standard 1 2 V batteries. This little gem fits the bill perfectly. It's tiny and incredibly easy to use. Just connect it to a USB power adapter that supports at least 2A and insert the battery. The charger does the rest. The manual says it automatically selects the charge current based on the battery detected and the power available, but it only charged the 1A cells I tested. There is a button to select the charge rate, but I usually prefer to charge at the lower rates, so the default is fine for me. The two charging compartments are independent of each other and support the simultaneous charging of batteries of different chemistry. It is suitable for most available lithium-ion cells (button and non-button type) as well as most Ni-MH and Ni-CD rechargeable batteries. I tested this charger with both Li-Ion and Ni-MH and it worked great. LED indicators show the overall charging speed and the state of charge of each cell while charging. The charge level indicators change from flashing to solid as the charge level increases, providing a simple visual indication of progress. Although this charger supports charging smaller AAAA and AAA cells with higher charging currents, they wear out faster than lower currents, so you should probably avoid this small cell charger. For the price, you couldn't beat this little mini charger. highlighted.
