Easy to use Suitable for mandolins and slicers
I bought this cut for sopito fries for my daughter. Very sharp blade, cuts quickly and conveniently. Not bulky and heavy like other restaurant fryers. I only gave it 4 stars because the fries didn't have a 3/8 inch blade, so we use a blade larger than 1/2 inch on her. My daughter tells me she loves it and lives nearby so I borrow it when I'm in the mood for some homemade fries. When I received it it was already assembled and easy to clean. I'm hoping the 3/8" blade will be available SOON. Overall this is a great little cut for french fries. Much better than heavy bulky ones.
