Review on Enhanced Maui Rippers 4-Way Stretch Boardshorts with a 24 Inch Outseam for Optimal Comfort by Brent Rosecrans

Aloha! I am also 6’3” 195lbs. Size 32. I really like the length and fit of these shorts, pretty good quality (made in China), and stretchy, however as an avid surfer they are not built for board sports. There there’s too much extra Lycra material in the waist that can leave a gap that exposes your private area… crotch window! I’m a size 32 and someone that wears a size 38 could easily fit in these. I really do like the quality and I am tempted to order another pair without the stretchy material in the waist But I will have $120 bucks into a pair of swim trunks that work. I would suggest Maui rippers address the issue and include it in the description because I would not have purchased these knowing there was all the extra material in the waist. They are Comfy as walk shorts but unusable for me and my preferred application… surfing.
