Review on Tedial by David Stewart

I like that it is easy enough for my non-technical staff members to use, but still offers robust functionality. It's also very intuitive so even if you don't have any experience with digital media management software this one shouldn't be too difficult to figure out. The interface could be more user friendly - sometimes it can take a while before things become clear after clicking around. We are using it to manage our content assets across different locations (our offices in San Francisco & New York) as well as internally within our organization.
