Result - Processor AMD Fenom 555 x2 3000 at 40-60% CPU load keeps the temperature at 26 degrees and the fan speed at 900-1000 (it does not drop less despite the installed resistance included in the kit). At the same time, the cooler is not audible at all. Further, I turned off the cooler altogether. For 2 hours, when the processor is loaded by 20-40 percent, the temperature is 36-40. In general - you need an excellent cooler for minimal money - this cooler is for you. But do not forget that you have to sweat. I will ate 3 days later.
