The five star rating is for the brush, not the supplier. My wife was in dire need of a good brush. The possibility of blow-drying didn't interest us very much due to the open structure; it just had to be soft, wide-spread bristles because my wife has long, thick, natural colored hair, although she's in her 60's, any other brush would have pulled her hair out; On the contrary, this brush was perfect and we both heartily recommend it! Unfortunately, Cosmetic Solutions could not keep up with this wonderful brush. It seemed worth paying 5x the value of the product for the fastest delivery possible and yet it was delivered in 3 days! This is unacceptable. When I gave them a two star rating of the supplier, they offered me coupons to change or remove it. I don't take bribes well. Buy this wonderful brush elsewhere.
