I was very upset that it worked fine for several months and then the laptop just stopped charging. I used the original Dell OEM charger and it charged fine, but for some reason this charger only works without charging the laptop. I can't help but wonder if Dell intentionally disabled the ability to charge with third-party chargers since so many people are complaining about the same thing. I can't imagine what a seller can do when so many people are complaining - hopefully there is a solution. If I find a solution I'll come back and update to share.
