When I ordered it I didn't see any reviews about it so I took a chance. The headset looks pretty solid for the price and was paired right out of the box. I didn't have to download any software. Connected immediately when I plugged in the USB adapter. The sound is good, clear bass, powerful highs. The distance they can travel surprised me. I have another bluetooth headset but it didn't get me very far. I was able to walk around the house with them without experiencing any disconnects or stuttering. Very impressive. Three things I'd like to see: The mic doesn't go up and down. It's flexible, but I'd rather get it out of the way quickly when needed. The on/off mute sound is different and I'll probably get used to it over time, but it doesn't strike me as an intuitive "on/off" sound that I can quickly tell if am I muted or not . No sidetone. That's very important and I wish there were more of that in over-ear headphones. If I can't hear myself speaking with the headset, I'll scream into the microphone and over time I'll also feel claustrophobic. Particularities.
