UPDATE - I have upgraded my rating from two to three stars mainly because of the excellent customer service. They sent me another clear base to try, but unfortunately I still had the same problem: the top cools too quickly and forms a thin film before I can pour it on. Maybe others are luckier than me. I will say that I love their coconut milk base and have no problem working with it at all. The packaging of this soap base says "Best result for soap making". The result was good, but it was terrible to work with compared to other bases I've used. It goes from solid to bubbly too quickly and then cools too quickly on top and also forms a thin "film" on top before you can even pour it. I just didn't like working with him.
