I'm a dental hygienist with 24 years of experience. 1 roll of activated carbon filament was good quality but 3 refills are GARBAGE! Replacement floss snaps and snaps terribly, so you'll have to reuse a different type of floss to get the strands between your teeth. (My teeth don't have any overhanging or exceptionally tight restorations, so this is entirely due to the poor quality of the product.) The dispenser works well. It is not environmentally friendly to develop a product that customers throw away without using.
