I like it very much. I have very thick long hair. and the normal run stopped cutting. What's the point of wasting 45 minutes on a regular trunk, now I need 20. It gets VERY hot. So start with a smaller number. My last curling iron had numbers instead of H/M/L so I kinda knew I wanted it already installed. but if not, start small. like 200. especially if you have thin hair. I started with 380 and there are lines left from the clip. so I reduced it to 350. As long as I don't leave it too long this seems to have eliminated the line issue. I'm a traditionalist and I always use classic curling irons. So it took me a while to get used to the twist ending. but once you get the hang of it, it's definitely a nice feature. If you've never used a magic wand or anything like that, give it time. You will get used to it. I really recommend this if you have long thick hair. but due to the heat factor I wouldn't go for fine hair. or short hair (this is not for those with really short hair).
