Review on ๐Ÿฒ Hamil Beach 7-Quart Programmable Slow Cooker with Lid Latch Strap, Three Temperature Settings, Black by Shane Black

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I never thought I would want a multi cooker from another manufacturer

This multi cooker came as a surprise to me. I've always been a 100% Crock Pot brand. I have had other multi cookers before and have really come to the conclusion that brand matters. I told myself that when it came time to buy a slow cooker with a timer, I would ONLY go for a slow cooker. Spring. Last year I needed a slow cooker that wasn't manual and I needed it fast. I hate stainless steel and I hate red so in a hurry my options were limited. I chose Hamilton Beach because it was black and had some sort of deal, coupon or something. I was nervous but ordered it and thought wtf I'll give it a try. I still have a manual slow cooker, so even if I end up hating the HB slow cooker, there's no real harm. I am SO HAPPY that I chose this record. warm cycle. The settings are simple and precise, and I can set them and forget them very easily by running to work without having to go through a complicated programming procedure. The bottom of the multi-cooker is also beautiful. In fact, I prefer the plastic base to the legs my slow cooker has. I've had pots in the past that lost a foot and then ended up tipping and wobbling, that won't be the case with hard ground on the HB. Overall, I still love Crock Pot. But I realized that this is not the only option. I am glad that I have both and would very much like to buy this pot again.
