The first unit had problems. The seller was straightforward and quickly fixed problems with the remote control. The reason for using the remote like any other was to turn other devices on and off by pressing any button on the remote. As for the box, it had a bad program or something. They quickly sent me a new box. It works well. I still haven't figured out how to put the device to sleep if I have disabled sleep mode. Sometimes you need to disable the box to make it restart and respond.
