I am 5'-7 1/2" and 145#. I ordered my usual sizing for decent quality clothing (large, since I prefer things a little looser). This is plenty long and fits well. Usually I order a size up for China clothing, since it tends to run small. But this fits nice and loose without stretching at all.It is not a warm material. But I can't sleep if I wear warm sleepwear. The one time I've washed it I did so in cold water and hung to dry. I would have put it in the dryer on low for a few minutes, but the (confusing?) care tag indicates 'no' for tumble dry. Probably because of the cat decal.If you prefer to sleep cool and comfy, you might order your usual sizing. Otherwise, it will likely stretch to accommodate. I like it.
