I bought two, one for each bedroom. The first of these could be an opened box that was returned. The installer installed it in about an hour. The fan has been adjusted a bit and it only shakes at high speed now...okay, no big deal...just use low and medium speeds. He's strong enough. Installed the second. There is no vibration, but it clicks at all speeds. As this is my master bedroom this is a problem for sleeping. The light is ok, totally weird and too bright lighting. When the light turns on, it goes to the brightest white mode. To get to the warm settings you have to turn the light off with the remote and then turn it back on. The same goes for the third light setting. If you have a light and a fan and you change the fan speed the light will turn off and then you have to turn it back on and it will switch to a different lighting setting. The light is so bright that it needs to be turned on. Dimmer. I'm not even sure if that's an option. It's sooo bright. On the plus side, it looks beautiful and the crystals cast cool reflections on the walls of the room. The word that comes to mind is "twitchy". I really want both of them back but then I have to pay someone to reinstall them again. I'm afraid I'll have the same issues if I buy a replacement for a different style/brand.
