UPDATE 01/28/2019: Although the return window was closed, the company has issued a full refund on this product, for which I am very grateful! I made the mistake of ordering this month with other things and putting it away before my son's birthday. When we got the piano out and let it play 2 months later the return window had closed. but I would DEFINITELY return this item if I could. The sound is just terrible. We tried every volume level, but there was a lot of hiss and reverberation even at the lowest settings. It sounds so awful that after 3 days of use we hid it from our son so we would never hear it again. I should just throw it away because I can't even give it away as nobody likes hearing an annoying noise.
