While this is clearly not a game for children, the profanity factor is really low. That's a far cry from "Cards Against Humanity" and the like. Basically, you collect things like "beer" that attract elves to your party. Each elf card indicates what needs to be done for that elf to come. You can play your supply cards individually or as a group. It's more Dominion than Maps Against Humanity. That too is difficult. It won't take long to learn, but it will take a good hour to play. Despite the theme, this isn't exactly the type of game that will have all players laughing all the time. This is the type of game that those who love challenging card games like to play at Christmas. This is my daughter and her friends. It would take too much bandwidth for me to even learn all the details.
