Doesn't work - single-board computer

I bought this to use on the xfinity flex which is USB C powered and I need to reset it regularly and I have it installed behind my TV. This switch doesn't work to turn off the box, so I tried it on a phone cord and it doesn't work there either. I don't know if they use different power connectors or if the switch I have was defective.

Pros

Power PRi 4 Perfect: Supply your Raspberry Pi 4 with enough power, never complain about a lack of power again.
