Great replacement ear pads at a great price. They feel identical to the original Bose ear pads. The instructions on the box weren't great, but there are tons of videos on YouTube if you search "how to replace Bose earpads". For reference, the foam/leather plastic ring is a bit softer than the Bose one, so fitting it can be a bit tricky. I found it helpful to press the plastic ring into the hooks with the edge of a small spoon. Likewise, it's fairly easy to rip off the adhesive strips on the inner mesh while trying to peel off the backing. Be careful. Despite the considerations above, I still recommend that they are identical in installation and that they are well priced.
