I've had this garlic press for a while and that's why I like it-1. It is MUCH easier to clean than a regular garlic press.2. I can peel garlic cloves with a tube even if I'm not trying to chop them.3. I can crush a few cloves of garlic and use the inside of a meat grinder. This helps me avoid adding chopped garlic cloves to the pot one at a time while cooking like I would have to with a regular press. It's cheap and very practical in the kitchen. I highly recommend this product to people.
