I bought 2 of these cases. 1 for my 1994 Polaris Slt 750 and the other for my 1997 Yamaha Wave Venture. Covers are easy to install on both machines. The sewn-in elastic cord nestles snugly against the body. After securing the two straps around the bottom of the case, the lid seems to fit quite snugly. The material is quite thick and seems to be holding up well. The front and back of the covers have a loop that you can use with a cable tie or bungee to attach the front and back to make the trailer cover smaller. The machines are in Wyoming, where the weather is getting cold. No matter how cold it gets, the covers remain flexible. They have been in the sun for about 2 months, seen rain, snow and hail and still look brand new. I thought the case would come with 4 straps so I signed a support contract. They were very helpful and responded very quickly to solve my problems. There are two things I would suggest that MFG change these covers. 1. Add 2 more strap points, 1 in front and 1 closer to the reader and these covers will fit snugly.2. Slightly lower the seams around the handlebars. The steering wheel fits snugly onto the cover, and if one of the seams fails, it's on the steering wheel. Make this area a little wider or add some handy pockets to reduce stress on the seams. Aside from those two small issues, these cases are perfect.
