Great griddle for small appliances

One of my issues with electric griddles and grills is that where the coils don't work, it gets a lot less hot. This frying pan eliminates this problem and distributes the heat over the entire surface of the frying pan base. I cooked Thanksgiving ham in it (not in a spiral, of course, but on the sides) and it turned out perfectly.
