Their 100% refund is ridiculous as they charge a return shipping fee which is more than the price of a duvet. So while I can return it and get a refund, I will lose money if I send it back! I've searched their website for return information, specifically shipping costs, and couldn't find anything! The blanket also looks almost like bandage gauze. It has a very strange feel so I couldn't use it for my grandson and didn't feel comfortable even giving it as a gift. I am now offering it unopened. Maybe someone can use it for their animal? DO NOT BUY!
