After reading some skeptical reviews I was pleasantly surprised that the center console on my Explorer 2015 fits perfectly. He entered with a slight click and didn't move. I had to find my removal technique and smooth it out, but after taking it out and taking it out a few times, there was no problem. One thing I do want to mention is the numerous reviews where others have expressed concerns or expressed their doubts about the slight forward lean in its design. I personally like the tilt, which feels natural to my hand while riding and frees the lid for an optional charger. I like it, works very well for me.
