The software is very easy to use with all its features in one place! I love how it has everything that you need within this tool - from account management right through customer communication (including chat!). It's also great if there are multiple team members using different platforms as we can share information easily throughout our accounts without having to switch between apps or go back into each others' screens etc. There really isn't anything that i dislike about Giftd but maybe sometimes people have trouble finding something they want? But once found then their questions get answered instantly so no real problem here either!! Make sure your support staff know what products/services are included when signing up otherwise customers may be confused by extra charges later down the line which will inevitably lead them away from being happy clients of yours :) As long as everyone involved knows exactly why someone wants certain details entered onto an invoice e-mail / text message etc., any queries should not take too much time at first hand before answers come rolling out quickly via auto-response emails sent straight after these enquiries are made.. The platform is very easy to use and has all the features that we need. I do not have any dislikes about this product so far. It is a great tool for our business. We have been able to monitor our website traffic and find out what works best for us. This helps us make decisions on future campaigns. Our customers are able to shop in one place and it makes their shopping experience easier.
