It's easy to integrate with your existing platform, it gives you access from anywhere via mobile or web interface so no need for server side integration which makes things easier especially when we have multiple clients using this tool at once time! I wish they give more options of color schemes other than black & white since there are times where having darker colors can be better instead (especially if one has dark colored background). The UI needs some work but overall its good product though not perfect as well considering how new their service was compared our older tools like Appsee had been around longer before them came out w/o much competition too!! Great way to track user engagement within apps by giving us data insights into what users do while interacting through these applications without needing any additional plugins installed outside those packages itself.
