Very cheap on bike racks and stands
They'll get the job done, but they're cheap. The hooks are even welded on so they don't move up and down. Because of this, you CANNOT install the top screw and they will bend. Speaking of bolts, if you have better quality bolts at home use these, even with properly drilled holes these bolts will easily strip and break under low torque conditions.
