Great solution to help automate your business
I like how easy it is for me as an end user/customer of this product (not sure if that's what people mean by provider)to get things into production quickly without having developers involved at all unless you need them. It would be nice if there were better documentation online about some more advanced features - but not many problems so far from using just one day worth in our trial period. The ease-of use has been great though since we have only needed basic functions out off hand right now while setting up everything else myself through workflows & rules etcetera.

Pros
- Being able to start to set up and test something in the system within a few hours without having technical staff involved
Cons
- In my opinion it's a bit too user friendly and thus easy to use for non technical people which might be something that will come with time I suppose as it does provide quite a lot of value if you're a non technical user yourself
