Sent broken good for me

One heat pack was sent like this. Would be ok if it could be reset but unfortunately it stays in this state. The other heat pack work perfectly and I can use it how everything in order to get a refund I have to send the item back and I desperately need to continue to use the one working heat pack

Really helped with my son when he’s sick or has gas an amazing product would buy again for next child

Cons

When we boiled the two heating pads to reset the crystals they caught on fire!
