It works - use boiled water and both suction cups.
This product worked for me when I added a few steps. I had a bump the size of my palm. Here's what I did: 1. Pour a pot of boiling water over the dent. You can find a YouTube video on this boiling water technique. It seems to soften the metal so it becomes more flexible.2. Use both suction cups. When I used single it just wasn't enough. When I used both it was a try and the dent came out again.
