Update: I got back to work this week and in just a few hours my back and neck were killing me - at the end of the day I was felt overwhelmed. I changed chairs the next day and had no problems. It just doesn't have any support - my other office chairs rock when I sit down - this one is just stiff. I don't recommend if you use it for hours. This chair is definitely better than the wooden chair, but it's no better than the ones I've had in the offices I've worked in. It's pretty easy. Assemble after making an educated guess about the bolts - they are unmarked and two different sets are identical except for length, and they look exactly the same on their diagram. Be sure to wear the supplied white gloves or you will get dirty. I also assembled on top of the cardboard so nothing falls on the floor. I don't like it at the base of the back, it kind of pushes you forward. I also wish you could move the seat back and forth.
