The most helpful thing about this software for me was being able to track attendance, paychecks/payments, payrolls with ease! I have been using it since 2013; however, there are some features from previous versions of the program still available in current version such as time clock integration which allows employees to be paid through direct deposit or check payment option without having an account set up within system.

If you want easy access to your records (attendance logs, reports) then definitely use iRIS because they provide all types of information needed to run any type of childcare business regardless if daycare center, school, etc..
