After only 6 months of use, the head cover was showing significant signs of wear; notably a tear in the fabric where it folds over to cover the head of the stick. I have attempted to contact the customer service department (info@craftsmangolf.com) on two separate occasions and have received no response to any of my queries. Aside from the wear and tear on the cap itself, the magnetic locking mechanism isn't strong enough to keep the cap from falling off the racquet, especially if you don't put extra effort into tightening it on the magnetic connection. And even then, you still can't be sure it won't fall. It's a nice case that fits my stick well, but the fabric degradation and weak magnetic closure combined with the utter lack of responsiveness from the customer service department makes me wish I had never bought this product.
