I use the belly buds with and without the adhesive (primarily without). Before pregnancy I always knew I wanted to provide some way to play music for the baby before birth and so the belly buds provide this opportunity.My little one always hits right where the belly bud is when she like the music. I am careful not to play the music too loud and always use the prenatal setting, which is quite useful.These buds provide my little one with a glimpse of what the outside world will be like.
