Review on 🔌 Kasa Smart Plug Power Strip KP303: 3 Individually Controlled Outlets, 2 USB Ports, Works with Alexa & Google Home - No Hub, White by Kurt Bravo

This item was bought just a week ago. It has already started randomly rebooting all connected devices. The firmware was updated, the device was reset, etc. While the KP303 is a good device, the problem lies with TP-Link customer support, or lack thereof. I have had to contact them multiple times for issues found in their products. The support chat with TP-Link sucks at best. My 9 year old son knows more about their products than they do and he doesn't know what a USB stick is. When you finally contact someone after 30 minutes, you may get 2 replies from tech support at best, and then you get disconnected. It's like they have a total time allowed to leave you idle on their call before the system automatically disconnects you. Once they manipulate time to reach that limit, they're gone. Useless customer service. Useless.
