Review on πŸ’Ύ 16GB Kit (2x8GB) Timetec DDR3L/DDR3 1600MHz Memory RAM Upgrade - Non-ECC Unbuffered, Low Voltage, Dual Rank, 240 Pin UDIMM for Desktop PC Computer by Jay Arnold

Win7/10 Office systems now require 16GB.

My work PC, a Lenovo ThinkCentre M73 SFF Win7Pro Office PC with 8GB RAM, had problems with these open applications; multiple spreadsheets, multiple word processors, multiple web browsers, chat and email clients, softphone clients, virus protection, and a PDF reader/editor. Windows Task Manager reported that only Google Chrome is using 100MB of RAM when opening. I specified this 16GB RAM upgrade, replaced it and it helped. The PC works better and I have fewer app crashes. At the beginning of the working day, after I switch on the computer and start all applications, the task manager reports 8.5 GB RAM "in use". And that's before work begins. So the PC was definitely using all available RAM and was probably loading data onto the slow hard drive. I recommend installing 16GB in any new "Business" PC now.
