Be carefull! A large number of forgeries of EXTREMELY HIGH QUALITY. In one of the internet retailers, I purchased a pair of Sennheiser cx 300-II headphones. Contrary to what the vast majority of reviews have stated, upon first listen it appeared as though there were way too many highs and there were no basses present at all. Despite the fact that the package was identical to the one that came with the original, I had my reservations about its genuineness (judging by the reviews). I was able to return it without any issues in the end. I purchased the very identical item from the supermarket, and lo and behold! A performance that leaves the listener's ears ringing. Now it is beyond reasonable doubt that the first ones were fawn. The box is an exact replica, and there is no way to tell the difference between it and the original. If you want to avoid getting into financial trouble and a foul mood, my recommendation is that you shop only in establishments that have been endorsed by relevant authorities.
