We've been using ours in the bathroom for a few months. Along with the temp/humidity sensor, I could see how quickly this would help reduce humidity after a shower. It usually fills up about every 5 days or so (love how it automatically shuts off when full) and takes about 10 seconds to drain. The noise level is minimal - like white noise. Coming out of total silence, it took us a few nights to get used to it, but everything is fine now. The only oddity is that the airflow holes are located on the sides and back of the structure. To maximize airflow, our holes in our rack face the wall (so what's designed to be the back always faces us). It's not a problem, but it does seem like an odd design choice.
