Stereo channels reversed
The cable I received is reversed. The "left" RCA jack connects to the right channel of the 3.5mm jack and vice versa. Of course it's not that hard to swap out just RCA plugs, but I buy a lot of cheap cables and this is a whole new level of sloppiness for me.
